The Inflowing Liquidity is (and has been) challenging its up trend

TweetInflowing Liquidity conditions … The Stock Market’s Inflowing Liquidity had a down tick to Lower-Q1 positive territory. (The Inflowing Liquidity is (and has) been challenging its up trend.) The red trend line did make a lower/low last week so it is under great stress with the thick horizontal line being a very important support.

If the red Liquidity line makes a lower/low in the coming days, there will be trouble in the markets. It is time to exercise tremendous caution at this juncture.

At the same time, note that the Inflowing Liquidity closed below a support line, so it is showing some weakness coming in.

If the ticks are making higher/highs and higher/lows, then that signifies that the trending is going up.   At the same time, the market is getting overbought.
